1. Nature of Products & Return Policy for Digital Goods

All products offered on Growthmaker.lk are instant-access digital educational goods (on-demand video lessons, guides, spreadsheets, and community access).

Because digital goods cannot be physically “returned” via postal mail, our return policy is executed as a full digital access cancellation alongside a 100% financial refund. Once a refund is approved and processed, LMS account access and community permissions are deactivated.

2. Eligibility Criteria for a Full Refund

To qualify for a 100% money-back refund, your request must satisfy the following conditions:

• Time Window: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the exact date and time of purchase confirmation.
• Content Consumption Limit: You must have consumed less than 30% of the total course lessons on the LMS roadmap.
• No Certificate Issued: You must not have taken the final evaluation exam or generated a Certificate of Completion.
• Proof of Transaction: You must supply your original PayHere Payment ID, transaction reference, or the email address used during checkout.
• Compliance with Terms: Your account must not have breached our single-user license, anti-piracy, or unauthorized recording agreements.

• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard): Once initiated by PayHere, banks in Sri Lanka typically take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect the credit on your bank statement.
• Mobile Wallets (Genie, FriMi, eZ Cash): Payouts typically reflect within 2 to 4 business days.
• Direct Bank Transfers: Returned via bank deposit within 3 to 5 business days upon verification of bank details.

Refunds will not be approved under the following conditions:

• Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the purchase timestamp.
• Accounts that have watched more than 30% of the course modules.
• Accounts that have downloaded proprietary templates or claimed a certificate.
