1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (Growthmaker.lk), enrolling in our courses, making a payment, or accessing the Growthmaker Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website, services, or educational products.

2. Description of Digital Services & Products

Growthmaker.lk delivers premium online educational programs, specifically the Meta Ads & Growth Marketing Masterclass. This service includes:

• On-demand HD video lessons, screen recordings, case studies, and frameworks.
• Downloadable spreadsheet templates, ad creative cheat sheets, and checklists.
• Access to student-only community support, Q&A sessions, and lesson resources.
• Digital Certificate of Completion upon passing final course evaluation modules.

3. Service Delivery & Instant Digital Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful payment confirmation through our PayHere checkout:

1. Instant Activation: Your student account is immediately created and activated on our LMS portal (https://growth-makers-lms.vercel.app/).
2. Email/SMS Delivery: An official enrollment confirmation containing your login details and receipt is automatically sent to the email address and phone number provided at checkout.
3. Continuous Access: You receive standard 365 days (1 year) of 24/7 access to review course modules, replay video lessons, and download resources.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments via PayHere

All prices displayed on Growthmaker.lk are quoted and processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Online payments are securely processed through PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, FriMi, Genie, eZ Cash, mCash, and direct online bank transfers. By completing a transaction, you authorize PayHere to charge the specified amount to your selected payment instrument.

Growthmaker.lk reserves the right to modify course fees, introduce promotional discounts, or adjust launch pricing at any time without retroactive adjustments to past purchases.

5. Single-User License & Anti-Piracy Agreement

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course materials for individual educational purposes.

Our LMS uses automated real-time multi-session detection and dynamic watermarking. If simultaneous logins from conflicting devices or geographical locations are flagged, the account will be automatically locked for security review.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We back our curriculum with a transparent Exclusive Community Access. If you feel the masterclass is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date, provided less than 30% of the course modules have been watched.

7. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The strategies, case studies, and ad spend figures shared throughout Growthmaker.lk reflect real results achieved by our instructors and successful alumni. However, we do not guarantee specific income, sales volume, or ROAS figures.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, product viability, your own execution, budget management, and continuous optimization. We provide proven educational tools; the execution and results are your responsibility.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
